This blog documents my mission to walk the entire length of the South West Coast Path (630 miles) before I turn 40 on September 18th 2017 – a mere 25 miles per month, which would be easy if I didn’t live at the opposite end of the country, with a full-time job, a family to look after and a PhD to complete.
The problem is, these things only leave me needing more space and solitude, not less, and I’ve been in love with this incredible stretch of wildness for my entire adult life. So, I’m lacing up my walking boots and trying to learn how to get a bit more balance. Join me, if you like.
